Location: Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, United States; hybrid work arrangement

Salary: $85,000–$95,000 USD per year

What you will do

• Create visual concepts and integrated campaigns for digital, print, and experiential channels.
• Develop design systems and brand guidelines for consistent customer touchpoints.
• Collaborate with copywriters, strategists, account teams, and developers to turn strategic insights into creative executions.
• Design user-centred websites, apps, and social experiences optimized for engagement and conversion.
• Present concepts and rationale to internal teams and client stakeholders, and manage projects from concept through final delivery.
• Support junior designers, refine work using feedback and performance data, and apply emerging design and AI technologies.

Requirements

• Strong portfolio showing creative concepts developed from strategy through execution across multiple channels.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma or equivalent platforms, and PowerPoint.
• Experience creating accurate financial services data visualizations, charts, and infographics, including technically complex materials.
• Strong understanding of digital design, responsive design, user experience, brand development, and visual identity systems.
• Experience designing for social media, web, email, print, and out-of-home, including print production and digital asset optimization.
• Ability to collaborate across strategy, copy, account management, and development while balancing creative quality, budgets, and timelines.

Nice to have

• Advanced experience with Gen AI design tools such as Midjourney, DALL-E, Adobe Firefly, and Figma AI.
• Experience designing AI-assisted workflows and guiding others in effective AI tool usage.
• Agentic thinking for systematically exploring design directions and selecting effective solutions.
