What you will do

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to translate research and strategy into compelling visual narratives.
• Develop and express brand identities, including visual identities, brand systems, and implementation guidelines.
• Create exploratory and polished prototypes at different levels of fidelity to communicate design directions.
• Design experiences across digital, physical, and hybrid touchpoints with end users in mind.
• Produce visual deliverables that communicate user stories and strategic intent across industries such as healthcare, financial services, and consumer products.
• Advocate for exceptional visual craft through making, iteration, experimentation, and collaboration.

Requirements

• Relevant experience or educational background in interactive or graphic design across varied applications and media.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating advanced design craft, typography, layout, and visual storytelling.
• Extensive experience with Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
• Familiarity with motion and interaction tools, including After Effects and prototyping platforms.
• Experience with concept ideation, design research, prototyping, and brand identity development.
• Ability to collaborate in client-facing presentation environments and work across exploratory and polished design.

Nice to have

• Experience experimenting with emerging mediums such as 3D, motion, and AI-assisted design.
