Service Delivery Fulfillment Specialist l

What you will do

• Manage post-sale order entry for high-speed data, video, and native or ported telephone services.
• Verify business orders, gather customer information, and coordinate with sales representatives.
• Schedule installations and maintain communication with customers, dispatchers, Level 3 teams, and local offices.
• Manage multiple orders, projects, and escalations through completion with accurate follow-through.
• Create service tickets and maintain detailed notes in CRM tools throughout the installation process.
• Support quality assurance and customer satisfaction during and after installation.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• One to two years of related experience or training.
• Strong customer service, phone, data-entry, accountability, and detail-orientation skills.
• Intermediate proficiency with Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Ability to calculate discounts, percentages, commissions, early termination fees, and return on investment.
• Previous cable-industry experience, including C-LEC, I-LEC, or B2B operations, is preferred.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Salesforce.com and Single View.
• Understanding of ROI and beginner-level knowledge of porting processes.
