Data Quality Analyst (SAP)

Location: North Andover, Massachusetts, United States; hybrid schedule with office attendance Monday–Wednesday and remote work Thursday–Friday.

Salary: $24.00–$30.00 per hour

What you will do

• Profile, validate, cleanse, and audit datasets to maintain accuracy, completeness, consistency, and integrity.
• Identify, investigate, and resolve data discrepancies, defects, and anomalies across systems.
• Develop and maintain data quality rules, metrics, dashboards, and documentation.
• Monitor data pipelines and systems for consistency and accuracy.
• Support root-cause analysis and recommend corrective actions.
• Collaborate with Finance, Operations, Engineering, Product Management, business analysts, and other stakeholders on data governance and quality initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in data quality, data analysis, or a similar role.
• Strong SAP skills and experience with relational databases.
• Proficiency in Excel and/or data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills with excellent attention to detail and organization.
• Ability to work in the North Andover office three days per week.
