Manager for IO and Mixed Signal Design

hirify.global is hiring for a role focused on IO and analog mixed-signal IP design and engineering leadership.

What you will do

• Lead and mentor a team of electrical engineers while supporting professional development.
• Plan, manage, and deliver IO and mixed-signal projects on schedule and to high quality standards.
• Guide the design, development, testing, and integration of complex IP for high-speed, high-voltage, and other applications.
• Provide technical expertise on IO, ESD, and latch-up standards, transmitter and receiver architectures, bandgaps, amplifiers, ADCs, DACs, and digital design flows.
• Improve quality control, verification efficiency, and design practices to reduce silicon risk and time to market.
• Collaborate with marketing, design, FA, product teams, and external customers, while managing resources and maintaining technical documentation.

Requirements

• Strong technical background in IO and analog mixed-signal design.
• Experience leading and mentoring electrical engineering teams.
• Knowledge of transmitter and receiver architectures, bandgaps, amplifiers, ADCs, and DACs.
• Understanding of digital flows from synthesis through static timing analysis and place-and-route.
• Experience with project management, resource planning, quality control, and technical documentation.
• Must work from the Singapore-Yishun location.
