What you will do
- Translate strategic and creative briefs into coherent advertising concepts and executions.
- Develop design systems for campaign concepts and creative projects.
- Build and iterate design concepts through final finish and production across multiple media channels.
- Collaborate with writers, developers, designers, strategists, media specialists, and data teams to maintain design consistency and brand alignment.
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions, content strategies, and advertising campaigns.
- Participate in immersive training, hands-on projects, job shadowing, and direct client experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree completed between Fall 2026 and Spring 2027.
- Degree or specialization in graphic design, communication design, or a related field.
- Relevant professional or internship experience, preferably in advertising or graphic design.
- Creative portfolio featuring brand work and/or advertising ideas and executions across multiple media channels.
- Knowledge of color theory, brand identity, typography, user behavior, visual storytelling, and conceptual thinking.
- Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Keynote, and related design software.
