Senior Designer

Location: New York City, United States; hybrid work schedule required

Salary: $80,000–$95,000 per year for New York City-based hires

What you will do

• Use visual thinking and hands-on design skills to solve strategic business challenges.
• Contribute ideas, references, moodboards, decks, and design thinking during creative strategy and concept development.
• Design and deliver client-ready assets across social, out-of-home, brand marketing, advertising, web, events, print, pitches, and presentations.
• Own design projects from concept through final execution while managing multiple deadlines.
• Present creative concepts and collaborate with clients, agency teams, studio members, and junior and mid-level designers.
• Apply a variety of creative skills across digital, print, and experiential formats.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience at an advertising or creative agency or design studio.
• Multidisciplinary portfolio demonstrating a range of design work and creative capabilities.
• Experience designing across digital, print, and experiential platforms.
• Fluency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Keynote, PowerPoint, and Google Slides.
• Strong understanding of typography, photo retouching, storyboarding, and animation direction.
• Experience taking projects from concept through design and final delivery, presenting concepts, and applying feedback.
