Location: Remote within the United States

Salary: $99,500–$143,000 USD per year, plus potential bonus or incentive compensation and equity opportunities.

What you will do

• Create high-quality creative assets for websites, campaigns, social media, events, print, and other brand touchpoints.
• Execute designs across formats using creative briefs, established design systems, and creative direction.
• Collaborate with marketing, content, web, and other cross-functional teams on cohesive, on-brand experiences.
• Apply design systems to web-focused creative execution and digital campaigns.
• Integrate AI tools into ideation, production, experimentation, and workflow optimization.
• Manage multiple projects, clarify briefs, communicate priorities, and maintain quality and deadlines.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of relevant professional design experience, ideally across in-house and agency environments.
• Portfolio demonstrating strong digital, brand, campaign, and web design work.
• Strong foundations in typography, color, composition, layout, and visual storytelling.
• Practical proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and comparable design tools.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools throughout the creative process.
• Strong organization, project management, collaboration, communication, and feedback skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI, cybersecurity, or technically complex brands.
• Motion design experience or experience partnering with animation teams.
• Familiarity with video production or experiential design workflows.
