Designer

Location: Hybrid in Washington, DC, with in-person work at the Georgetown office at least three days per week. Wednesdays are required in the office, plus two additional in-office days selected according to schedules and project needs.

What you will do

• Contribute to creative concepts through pitch decks, moodboards, sketches, and brand execution.
• Develop creative materials across diverse formats and channels, adapting designs to client needs.
• Create motion and animated assets when required by projects.
• Maintain visual consistency and quality by following brand guidelines and refining design details.
• Support digital production and collaborate with an international team from concept through delivery.
• Prepare technically precise final files for production and deliver work on schedule.

Requirements

• Portfolio demonstrating strong design fundamentals, visual range, and astute aesthetics; applications without a portfolio will be disqualified.
• Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
• Ability to move between design and art techniques and support creativity throughout a project.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience or a clear perspective on scaling and improving large, multifaceted creative projects.
• Ability to work in person at the Georgetown office at least three days per week.
