Strategic Sourcing Intern (Summer 2027) (Manufacturing)

Location: Dodge Center, Minnesota, United States; onsite

Pay range: $18.00–$37.00 per hour

What you will do

• Support strategic purchasing, global sourcing, and operations activities.
• Research potential suppliers and analyze commodity markets.
• Compile information for quote requests, evaluate supplier quotes, and recommend sourcing plans.
• Support negotiation of long-term supplier agreements.
• Lead initiatives to improve supply chain delivery, quality, cost, and risk.
• Develop data analytics tools to streamline procurement decision-making and support Buyers and Purchasing Agents.

Requirements

• Be pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting or Finance, Operations Management, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field throughout the internship.
• Maintain a GPA of 3.0 or higher.
• Demonstrate the ability to multitask, work independently, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines.
• Have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Be located in or able to work onsite in Dodge Center, Minnesota, United States.
