Digital Marketing Specialist (Banking)

What you will do

• Partner with cross-functional teams and agency partners to conceptualize single-channel and omnichannel digital marketing campaigns.
• Support hirify.globalbank.com projects and maintain the master backlog of upcoming initiatives.
• Build, test, and report on marketing emails using email marketing best practices.
• Collect and document business and user requirements and translate them into actionable initiatives.
• Analyze web, mobile, and digital media activity, including user behavior, traffic, campaign effectiveness, segmentation, and opportunities for enhancement.
• Plan and execute digital marketing activities and campaigns.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field, or equivalent digital marketing experience.
• At least 2 years of experience with marketing or digital campaigns.
• Experience with website content management and/or digital marketing.
• Intermediate to proficient HTML coding skills; email-building experience is preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft computer applications and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
