Equipment Health Specialist (Oilfield Equipment)

What you will do

• Monitor equipment performance and health remotely using Intelie and Remote Fleet Vision.
• Analyze equipment patterns, trends, alarms, field notes, and open work orders to identify potential failures and maintenance needs.
• Create, review, and update work orders and Field Failure Reports with accurate repair requirements.
• Determine whether equipment should be moved to the yard for inspection and repair to prevent catastrophic failures.
• Provide troubleshooting and maintenance guidance to field mechanics, operations personnel, and Tactical Operations Center staff.
• Coordinate with shop mechanics to support accurate diagnosis, repair, and testing of equipment.

Requirements

• At least two years of experience maintaining and repairing electronic instrumentation and automation on oilfield services equipment.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; a technical associate degree or certificate may be considered in lieu of experience.
• Current valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.
• Knowledge of air brake systems, hydraulic fracturing equipment, 12/24-volt systems, diesel transmissions, and engine and transmission fluids.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and Power Apps, with the ability to learn other work-related software.
• Ability to work 12+ hour shifts, including days, nights, holidays, and weekends, and to perform physically demanding duties in all weather conditions.
