TL;DR
Principal - Consulting (Energy and Natural Resources): Managing strategic, commercial, and operational consulting projects across the global energy sector, with an accent on oil and gas, mining, power and renewables, and Latin American markets. Location: Mexico City, Mexico. The role focuses primarily on Latin America and involves national and international travel, including potential projects in other global regions.

What you will do
- Manage strategic, commercial, and operational consulting projects across the energy sector.
- Research, structure, and critically analyze information from internal and external sources.
- Develop analytical models, options, concepts, recommendations, reports, and presentations.
- Lead client communication, maintain relationships, and provide progress updates throughout engagements.
- Plan projects, allocate resources, chair project meetings, and oversee timely delivery.
- Coach and develop team members while maintaining high-quality consulting standards.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of experience in natural resources, energy, or strategy consulting.
- Strong understanding of the energy value chain, including exploration, development, production, transportation, transformation, and commercialization.
- At least 2 years of project or engagement management experience, including management of a team of at least 3 full-time resources for a minimum of 3 months.
- Strong problem structuring, analytical, communication, client management, planning, and project management skills.
- Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel skills.
- Ability to work from Mexico City and undertake national and international travel.

- Relevant postgraduate studies or an MBA.
