What you will do

• Manage overall safety, quality, performance, and customer experience within the yard.
• Lead the corporate yard team and ensure effective, efficient operations.
• Coordinate projects with operating company leadership.
• Strengthen customer service initiatives and maintain a high level of organization.
• Support clear communication and timely execution in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of management experience.
• Strong communication, organization, time management, and attention to detail.
• Valid driver license for the vehicle types used, with an acceptable driving record.

Nice to have

• 3–5 years of related mechanical repair experience or training involving construction or agricultural equipment.
• Bachelor’s or associate degree from a college or technical school in a related field.
