Asset Manager

Location: Phoenix, Arizona, United States; frequent travel to multiple locations required

Salary: $120,000–$140,000 annually, depending on location and experience

What you will do

• Manage the full lifecycle of mobile assets from acquisition through retirement.
• Coordinate procurement, vendor relationships, and equipment contract terms.
• Track asset utilization, performance, location, warranties, and depreciation.
• Optimize asset availability and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Partner with Operations, Fleet, Finance, and Safety teams across multiple sites.
• Prepare budgets, forecasts, and asset performance and lifecycle cost reports while supporting sustainability and efficiency projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or a related field.
• 3–5+ years of experience in asset management, fleet management, operations, or logistics.
• Strong knowledge of asset lifecycle management, maintenance programs, and compliance.
• Experience with asset management or fleet tracking systems.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally, influence stakeholders, and travel frequently to support multiple locations.
