Procurement Operations Co-op or Hybrid Co-op

Location: Fond du Lac, Wisconsin, United States; onsite. Relocation is available. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.

Salary: $18.00–$27.00 per hour.

hirify.global is a global marine company, and Mercury Marine manufactures recreational marine propulsion engines, boats, services, parts, and marine electronics.

What you will do

• Manage assigned procurement and supply chain projects with internal customers, external suppliers, and partner teams.
• Analyze material flow and implement improvements that reduce waste and streamline manufacturing, warehousing, and distribution operations.
• Process weekly MRP, maintain ordering standards, and support effective inventory control.
• Develop cost-effective inventory practices, including pull, vendor-managed inventory, and consignment programs.
• Monitor supplier delivery data, performance, parts deployment, inventory policies, and continuous improvement activities.
• Resolve invoicing and receiving discrepancies while supporting purchase orders, on-time shipping, reporting, and ASN mailbox activities.

Requirements

• Current enrollment in a bachelor's degree program in Supply Chain Operations or Management, Procurement, or a related supply chain field.
• At least second-semester sophomore standing with 48 completed credits.
• Ability to enroll in a formal co-op program through a university.
• Dependable, self-motivated, and engaged approach to learning.
• Must be currently authorized to work in the United States; employment visa sponsorship is not available now or in the future.
• Available to work a full 40-hour work week.
