GVP, Global Product Development (Enterprise Software)

What you will do

• Lead the global Product Development organization, setting its vision, operating model, priorities, and growth strategy.
• Own development execution, productization, maintenance, enhancements, new product introductions, and hot fix management.
• Transition products and capabilities from Research & Development into production, ensuring commercialization, scalability, supportability, adoption, and lifecycle success.
• Establish governance, prioritization frameworks, investment strategies, operational metrics, and performance indicators.
• Partner with Product, Research & Development, Support, Managed Services, Professional Services, Sales, and Client Onboarding leadership.
• Build and mentor a high-performing leadership team while driving automation, modern engineering practices, organizational capability, and operational excellence.

Requirements

• 15+ years of leadership experience in enterprise software development, product management, technology services, or related organizations.
• Proven experience leading global, multifunctional teams with responsibility for strategy, financial performance, business outcomes, and organizational growth.
• Experience taking enterprise software products and services from concept through commercialization, General Availability, and ongoing lifecycle management.
• Experience managing portfolios involving regulatory, compliance, enhancement, and new product initiatives.
• Strong executive leadership, strategic planning, prioritization, financial, communication, influence, and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required; an advanced degree is preferred.
