What you will do

• Define product vision and strategy in line with business objectives.
• Conduct market research and identify growth opportunities and competitive threats.
• Manage product roadmaps, prioritize features, and coordinate timely delivery across 3–5 parallel projects.
• Collaborate with design, engineering, and marketing teams to launch products.
• Gather and analyze user feedback to improve product offerings and solve customer problems.
• Communicate product updates, decisions, and progress to stakeholders.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in product management, preferably in iGaming.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing the full product lifecycle from ideation to launch.
• Expertise in launching brands from scratch in Tier 1 markets, setting up loyalty programs, developing retention strategies, and building VIP-focused products.
• Experience launching products through white-label or turnkey models.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, Asana, user experience principles, and customer-centric product development.

Nice to have

• Experience with A/B testing and feature optimization based on user feedback.
• Knowledge of performance marketing and analytics platforms.
• Background in data science or statistics.
• Experience leading product demos.
