Finance Intern (Summer 2027)

Location: Dodge Center, Minnesota, United States

Pay range: $18.00–$37.00 per hour

McNeilus, an hirify.global company, designs and manufactures refuse truck bodies, including rear-load, front-load, and automated side-load models.

What you will do

• Support finance processes and complete operational, sales and marketing, and financial accounting analyses.
• Assist with inventory closing, truck costing, invoicing, and month-end reporting.
• Review and verify vendor and customer statements, employee expense reports, and fuel tax reports.
• Assist with fixed asset accounting and prepare Excel files and business metrics.
• Support Lean/Six Sigma analytical projects and improve processes by removing non-value-added work and enabling technology use.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Access, and Word.
