Finance/Accounting Intern - Summer 2027

Location: Northfield, Illinois, United States; 10-week, full-time summer internship from early June through mid-August at one of four Chicagoland corporate offices. Unrestricted permanent US work authorization is required.

Salary: $23.25–$33.75 hourly

What you will do

• Work directly with full-time associates and senior managers on finance and accounting assignments.
• Support financial analysis, accounting, operations analysis, auditing, supply chain finance, commercial finance, treasury, and risk management projects.
• Contribute to accounting software implementation and training.
• Prepare balance sheet reconciliations, journal entries, and accounting research.
• Create or improve KPI dashboards and conduct sales incentive analysis.
• Research competitive markets, sustainability initiatives, and new-building real estate opportunities.

Requirements

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related major.
• Junior standing with a minimum 3.0 GPA preferred.
• Strong academic achievement and financial or quantitative competence.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills.
• Unrestricted permanent US work authorization.
