What you will do

• Support treasury, insurance, financial reporting, reconciliations, and data analysis activities.
• Maintain project trackers, action-item logs, schedules, financial documentation, and electronic records.
• Coordinate meetings, prepare materials, and track follow-up actions.
• Review and validate financial data for accuracy and completeness.
• Communicate with internal stakeholders and external partners to gather information and resolve outstanding items.
• Assist with special projects, process improvement initiatives, and related administrative tasks.

Requirements

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field.
• Basic Microsoft Excel skills, including data entry, simple formulas, and spreadsheet organization.
• Strong attention to detail when working with financial data.
• Effective organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to learn quickly, take initiative, and handle confidential information professionally.
