Salary: $17.56–$26.70 per hour, with an hourly night-shift differential available.

What you will do
- Read technical drawings, blueprints, and work orders to assemble hulls, decks, cabins, bulkheads, and other boat components.
- Fit and align components using hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments.
- Perform quality checks, identify defects or deviations, and resolve issues with the quality assurance team.
- Maintain tools, equipment, machinery, documentation, and a clean shop-floor workspace.
- Collaborate with assemblers, technicians, engineers, and designers while supporting production schedules and process improvements.
- Follow safety protocols and industry regulations while working with mechanical parts, fiberglass, resins, composites, epoxy, and other chemicals.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED, or at least one year of related experience or training.
- Basic computer knowledge and the ability to understand and communicate accurate information from verbal and written instructions.
- Ability to work onsite on a production shop floor in Edgewater, Florida.
- Must already be authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available now or in the future.
- Ability to stand or walk for extended periods, perform frequent bending, kneeling, crouching, reaching, climbing, and lifting or moving up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to work a typical four-day, ten-hour schedule; overtime may be required.

- Mechanical aptitude and experience with hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments.
- Problem-solving, teamwork, communication, organization, and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with MRP software, modern warehousing practices, or marine work.
