Director, Digital Audience Engagement (Digital Assets & Crypto)

Location: Hybrid role based in New York City, NY; Short Hills, NJ; Baltimore, MD; Stamford, CT; or Boston, MA, United States

Salary: $171,000–$222,000 annual base compensation, depending on location and relevant experience, plus discretionary bonus.

What you will do

• Lead a small team and develop strategic audience engagement and creative communication plans across earned media, social media, thought leadership, content, events, digital platforms, and campaigns.
• Evolve messaging frameworks, narratives, and communications strategies for hirify.global’s fintech, digital assets, crypto investing, and innovation initiatives.
• Create strategic briefs based on audience and category insights for internal teams and external partners.
• Support sales and business development with digital engagement and communications strategies that drive commercial activity, deal flow, and AUM generation.
• Partner with Global Communications on earned media, PR, and market commentary strategies aligned with business goals.
• Direct creative, PR, events, digital, and social media agencies while integrating AI tools into communications and engagement programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• 10+ years of experience in digital engagement or communications.
• Expertise in digital assets, cryptocurrency, blockchain, and emerging technologies.
• Strong presentation, storytelling, writing, editing, and content development skills.
• Experience with digital engagement and audience growth tools, plus practical experience applying artificial intelligence in business processes.
• Proven people leadership, stakeholder alignment, collaboration, negotiation, budget management, and execution skills.
