Manager - Industrial Carriers Technology

Location: Hartsville, SC, USA

Annual base salary: $176,720–$198,810, plus a 16.5% annual target bonus.

What you will do

• Lead and develop a team of engineers and technicians.
• Oversee the deployment of technologies and systems that improve industrial carrier performance and reliability.
• Plan, execute, and monitor projects to meet schedule, budget, quality, and safety requirements.
• Identify and implement process improvements that increase operational efficiency and safety.
• Collaborate with departments, suppliers, and customers to align technology solutions with business needs and regulatory requirements.
• Manage the technology budget and ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology Management, or a related field preferred; a Master’s degree is preferred.
• 5–7 years of technology management experience in the industrial sector, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Knowledge of industrial carrier technologies, including automation, IoT, and data analytics.
• Leadership, team management, analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience with budget planning, financial management, industry standards, and safety regulations.
