Chemical Operator II

What you will do

• Manage production equipment, perform daily inspections, and provide troubleshooting support.
• Set up production equipment and tooling and complete pre-production inspections.
• Execute daily production activities and implement production plans safely, on schedule, and within product specifications.
• Report EHS concerns and incidents promptly and perform daily EHS, material, equipment, and personnel checks.
• Support process and equipment engineers in resolving critical quality, equipment, maintenance, and troubleshooting issues.
• Lead shift-based production activities, report issues, and request assistance when needed.

Requirements

• Experience with equipment setup, daily equipment management, and troubleshooting.
• Experience implementing 5S practices in a plant environment.
• Experience with chemical handling or chemical production processes in plants is preferred.
• More than 3 years of plant production leader experience is preferred.
• Ability to work on shift-based production tasks and support safe, quality-focused operations.
