Digital Technology Intern - Systems Analyst

Location: Dodge Center, Minnesota, United States; onsite internship

Pay range: $18.00–$37.00 per hour

McNeilus Truck and Manufacturing, an Oshkosh company, designs and manufactures refuse truck bodies and related waste collection equipment.

What you will do

• Provide PC hardware, software, application, and end-user support across departments.
• Set up, configure, and deploy computers, peripherals, and mobile devices.
• Troubleshoot hardware, connectivity, and system performance issues.
• Support IT projects involving network connectivity, virtualization, and network integration.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers on installations, maintenance, and warranty services.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, document support processes, and contribute to IT improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field throughout the internship.
• Knowledge of networking fundamentals, PC hardware, and peripheral devices.
• Familiarity with Windows, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365 tools.
• Understanding of cybersecurity concepts and tools.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, organizational, independent-work, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work up to 40 hours per week during the internship period and maintain a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher.

Nice to have

• Experience with Microsoft SCCM.
• Familiarity with Apple mobile devices and audiovisual systems.
• Dell or HP PC Warranty Service Certification.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
