IT Analyst (Entertainment)

Location: Hollywood, California, United States; on-site with travel or reassignment between studio lots as required

Salary: $28–$36 per hour, plus potential bonus

What you will do

• Provide high-level IT support and customer service to tenants, productions, and departments across studio locations.
• Resolve requests involving network access, password resets, computers, servers, printers, copiers, mobile devices, and telephony.
• Support Wi-Fi, wired networking, telephone services, conference calls, Zoom meetings, and presentations.
• Administer Azure AD, Office 365 accounts, security groups, and endpoint and mobile device lifecycles.
• Manage workstation deployment, hardware and software inventory, patching, and vendor-coordinated equipment disposal.
• Support IT security policies, Sarbanes-Oxley compliance, and physical security systems such as access control and CCTV.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience supporting Windows-based PCs in a mid-sized or large corporate environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• Hands-on experience with Windows and Mac endpoints, Office 365, Azure AD, Teams, Zoom, BitLocker, antivirus solutions, Dell hardware, and multifunction copiers.
• Experience with ServiceNow or Freshservice, Intune-based deployment, system patching, and ticket management.
• Ability to provide on-site support at any studio location, including early mornings, late evenings, and occasional weekends.
• Strong troubleshooting, prioritization, multitasking, verbal, and written communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with Meraki, Dell CLI, Windows Server, Intune, SharePoint, Mobile Device Management, Dropbox, Duo MFA, Entra ID SSO, OneDrive, or Proofpoint.
• Knowledge of Windows Server 2016/2019, Active Directory, command-line tools, and PowerShell.
• ITIL v4 Foundation certification or experience in entertainment companies.
