Intern, Business Systems

Location: Garden Grove, California; 4–5 days in-office per week. Full-time schedule of 40 hours per week. A $1,000 relocation stipend is available for interns living more than 50 miles from Garden Grove.

Compensation: $25–35 USD per hour.

hirify.global is an early-stage, venture-funded electric vehicle startup developing commercial medium-duty EV and hybrid platforms.

What you will do

• Gather requirements from stakeholders and document business and system needs.
• Analyze existing data and reporting to identify issues and improvement opportunities.
• Test and implement new or updated systems.
• Document system functionality, procedures, and changes, and train users.
• Collaborate with IT teams, business users, and other stakeholders to support system implementation.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program or higher in Business Administration and/or Data Analytics.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States or be able to obtain a J-1/F-1 visa.
• Ability to analyze complex problems, identify issues, and propose effective solutions.
• Knowledge of software development processes and database management.
• Availability for full-time, 40-hour weeks during the 8- or 15-week internship period.
