2027 IT Analyst - Entry Level

Location: Onsite five days a week in East Peoria, Illinois, or Irving, Texas, United States. Relocation may be available depending on qualifications. Visa sponsorship is not available.

Salary: $81,370–$122,060 per year

What you will do

• Support enterprise applications and technology solutions for internal and external customers.
• Gather and document business and system requirements with stakeholders.
• Assist with application design, implementation, and integration across applications, databases, platforms, and AI-enabled technologies.
• Perform system testing, validation, and troubleshooting to support solution quality.
• Analyze technical issues and recommend improvements to performance and user experience.
• Create technical documentation, process flows, and testing artifacts while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Management Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or a related technical field; degree completion is required by the start date.
• 0–2 years of relevant experience, including internships or academic projects.
• Knowledge of application design and architecture, requirements analysis, system and technology integration, and system testing.
• Problem-solving skills applicable to organizational, operational, and process issues.
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale without rounding.
• Ability to work onsite five days a week in East Peoria, Illinois, or Irving, Texas; visa sponsorship is not available.
