hirify.global supports Maryland Oncology Hematology in delivering community-based cancer care through multidisciplinary practices across Maryland and DC.

What you will do

  • Diagnose and manage benign hematologic disorders, solid tumors, and hematologic malignancies.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based medicine and NCCN guidelines.
  • Administer and oversee chemotherapy, immunotherapy, targeted therapy, infusion treatments, and supportive care.
  • Collaborate with surgeons, radiation oncologists, pathologists, radiologists, primary care physicians, advanced practice providers, and nursing staff.
  • Provide longitudinal cancer care, including survivorship and palliative treatment when appropriate.
  • Participate in tumor boards, after-hours call rotation, quality improvement, clinical research, and practice leadership.

Requirements

  • MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
  • Completion of an ACGME-accredited Internal Medicine Residency and Hematology/Oncology Fellowship.
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Hematology and Medical Oncology.
  • Eligible for unrestricted state medical licensure and DEA registration.
  • Strong clinical judgment, communication, collaboration, organizational skills, and commitment to community oncology.
