Location: Tarrytown, New York, or Warren, New Jersey; onsite expectations apply to many roles. Travel: 10% to relevant conferences.

Salary: $280,700–$379,900 annually

What you will do

• Lead clinical strategy and deliverables for an assigned section of a hematology oncology clinical program.
• Drive execution across clinical trial phases in partnership with global line functions.
• Guide and support Clinical Scientists and Clinical Operations associates.
• Represent the program in discussions with regulatory authorities, key opinion leaders, and advisory boards.
• Collaborate with Research, Early Clinical Development, Medical Affairs, Marketing, and HE&OR.
• Contribute to decision boards, SOP development, training programs, and strategic taskforces.

Requirements

• MD or equivalent medical degree with clinical residency training.
• More than two years of clinical research or drug development experience in academic or industry settings.
• Experience spanning Phases I through IV.
• Medical or scientific expertise in the assigned disease area, preferably hematologic malignancies.
• Hematology or oncology fellowship training is strongly preferred.
