Sourcing Manager II - Metals

Location: Anoka, Minnesota, United States; hybrid work. Travel up to 25% is required.

Compensation range: $105,000–$195,000 per year, with potential eligibility for annual incentives.

What you will do

• Lead and develop sourcing team members while fostering collaboration, continuous improvement, and professional growth.
• Develop and execute sourcing and commodity strategies for metals categories.
• Lead supplier selection, negotiations, and contract management, including strategic supplier partnerships.
• Partner with Engineering, Operations, Manufacturing, Quality, and Supply Chain teams to align sourcing strategies with business needs.
• Drive supplier performance through scorecards, business reviews, and improvement initiatives.
• Identify and mitigate supply chain risks using market analysis, contingency planning, data, and supplier intelligence.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in a relatively large supply chain organization is preferred.
• Experience directly managing complex categories and leading people.
• Strong negotiation skills, including experience with multi-million-dollar contracts.
• Strategic thinking and adaptability in a high-growth environment.
• Ability to travel up to 25% and work in a hybrid arrangement in Anoka, Minnesota.
