TL;DR
Senior Consultant, Competitive Search Enablement (Recruitment Enablement and Events): Designing and delivering recruitment enablement programs, advisor talent engagement events, and candidate marketing initiatives with an accent on employer branding, stakeholder collaboration, and financial advisor acquisition. Focus on building recruitment tools, leading national event strategies, measuring pipeline impact and ROI, and translating market insights into compelling engagement experiences.
Location: Hybrid in Toronto, Canada, with 1β3 days per week on-site at Toronto-81 Bay

What you will do
- Develop recruitment enablement tools, including pitch decks, value proposition materials, competitive insights, FAQs, transition guides, playbooks, and conversation frameworks.
- Lead a national calendar of advisor talent engagement events, managing logistics, budgets, vendors, invitations, and follow-up.
- Partner with Marketing and Communications on advisor-facing content, digital campaigns, testimonials, success stories, and recruitment advertising.
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, business leaders, Region Heads, and Canadian Group Managing Directors to align recruitment strategies and messaging.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and advisor sentiment while measuring engagement, pipeline impact, conversion, and return on investment.
- Share best practices and mentor Talent Acquisition and Strategic Sourcing partners.
Requirements
- 7+ years of progressive experience in event management, talent acquisition, recruitment marketing, or HR enablement.
- Proven experience planning and delivering high-impact recruitment, talent engagement, or corporate events from concept through execution.
- Strong project management, organizational, written communication, and verbal communication skills.
- Understanding of the financial advisory landscape, advisor priorities, and market dynamics.
- Experience using insights, metrics, and market intelligence to evaluate impact and improve strategies.
- Legal eligibility to work in Canada is required; a valid work or study permit may be required where applicable.
Nice to have
- Experience in financial services or wealth management.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems, customer relationship management tools, LinkedIn Recruiter, or data-driven sourcing strategies.
