National Senior Property Broker (Property Insurance)

Salary: $199,400–$275,000 annual

What you will do

• Develop and execute placement strategies for large and complex Property insurance programs, including primary, layered, and excess placements.
• Lead carrier negotiations on pricing, terms, conditions, and coverage enhancements.
• Analyze and quantify client exposures and present strategic placement recommendations.
• Support Regional Brokerage Leaders and service teams on new business, complex renewals, remarkets, and program restructures.
• Act as a senior escalation resource for executive-level client issues and coverage challenges.
• Coordinate large projects and help maintain a renewal engagement process for qualifying opportunities.

Requirements

• 15+ years of insurance brokerage experience with deep specialization in Property placement.
• Proven experience placing large and complex Property programs.
• Strong carrier relationships and a track record of negotiating complex placements.
• Resident P&C License required.
• BS/BA degree or equivalent experience.
• Ability to lead through influence and collaborate across regions and teams.
