Inside Sales Specialist (Packaging Automation)

Location: Remote within New York, United States

Base salary: $43,680–$74,880 per year

What you will do

• Support the internal sales team and provide a responsive customer experience.
• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, including cancellations.
• Build knowledge of processes, product lines, and customer needs.
• Proactively contact customers to understand their needs and concerns.
• Evaluate fulfillment options and work to deliver items as quickly as possible.
• Maintain clear documentation and consistent customer support.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Three or more years of experience in a similar role.
• Microsoft Office Suite experience required.
• Employment eligibility in the United States is verified through E-Verify.

Nice to have

• WebEx experience.
• ERP system experience.
