What you will do

• Execute boundary, easement, deed, and title reviews.
• Perform boundary surveys independently or with mentorship.
• Carry out construction staking across multiple industries.
• Produce 3D models and road corridors.

Requirements

• Hold a Professional Land Surveying license in at least one U.S. state, or be able to obtain the required license based on project and state requirements.
• Have a high school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Bring 5 or more years of relevant experience preferred.
• Be proficient in operating Trimble survey equipment.
• Read and understand engineering plans, construction documents, correspondence, and memos.
• Hold a valid driver’s license with a driving record approved by the insurance provider.
