What you will do

• Review boundaries, easements, deeds, and title documents.
• Perform boundary surveys independently or with mentorship.
• Execute construction staking across multiple industries.
• Produce 3D models and road corridors.
• Support utility and infrastructure projects from design through execution.

Requirements

• Professional Land Surveying license in at least one U.S. state, or ability to obtain required licensure based on project and state requirements.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• 5+ years of relevant experience preferred.
• Proficiency operating Trimble survey equipment.
• Ability to read and understand engineering plans and construction documents.
• Valid driver’s license and an insurance-approved driving record.
