Customer Service Specialist - Bilingual

Location: San Antonio, Texas, United States, at the One hirify.global campus. Training is conducted onsite Monday–Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. for 8 weeks, followed by a permanent schedule determined during the hiring process. Flexible availability, including weekends, is required.

What you will do

• Answer inbound and outbound calls through 24/7 customer contact centers.
• Troubleshoot banking issues, research accounts, and use multiple tools to fulfill customer requests.
• Partner with other business lines to identify and deliver appropriate customer solutions.
• Apply independent judgment while resolving customer needs.
• Manage competing priorities while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
• Complete hirify.global’s 4-week Telephone Customer Service training course and additional multi-week development training.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in customer service, sales, or banking.
• Experience working in a customer contact center.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to continuous improvement.
• Proficiency with Microsoft computer applications.
• Flexible availability, including weekends, is required.

Nice to have

• Completion of at least 30 hours of college coursework.
• Bilingual English and Spanish communication skills.
