PRN Registered Nurse (Skilled Nursing)

Salary: USD 30–43 per hour

What you will do

• Supervise and administer medications in compliance with federal and state regulations.
• Complete admissions assessments, care plans, service plans, discharges, and clinical documentation.
• Track clinical matters such as wounds and infection control under the direction of the Director of Nursing.
• Provide health-related consultation and notify physicians or family members about changes in residents’ conditions.
• Respond to emergencies, maintain confidentiality, and communicate closely with staff and departments.
• Provide educational meetings for residents and staff and follow the Safety & Disaster Plan.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree in Nursing or equivalent education and applicable experience.
• At least 1 year of experience in a skilled, sub-acute, or memory care setting.
• Current Registered Nurse license without judgments in the state of practice.
• Current CPR certification.
• Fluent English required for speaking, reading, writing, and workplace communication.
• Basic computer skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks safely as part of a team.
