Wellness Nurse (LPN- Part Time)

Location: Onsite in Voorhees Township, New Jersey, USA

Salary: USD 34–35 per hour

What you will do

• Provide personal care, assistance, support, and companionship to residents.
• Administer or assist with medications according to resident care plans.
• Check residents’ well-being, communicate changes in condition, and update care-plan information.
• Assess and document resident status at required state or community intervals.
• Collaborate with the Wellness Director, Assistant Wellness Director, and care team.
• Support residents safely, including lifting or carrying up to 50 pounds when required.

Requirements

• Graduate from an accredited or state-approved school of nursing.
• Current state license as a Licensed Practical Nurse or Licensed Vocational Nurse.
• Experience with residents with Alzheimer’s disease or related dementias.
• Knowledge of nursing practices, techniques, methods, and applicable federal and state regulations.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and use Microsoft Office, including Windows, Outlook, and Excel.
• No prior experience is required; new graduates are welcome. Long-term care, assisted living, home health, or hospital experience is preferred.
