LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse)

Location: Haddonfield, New Jersey, USA; onsite shift from 11 p.m. to 7 a.m. every other weekend

Salary: USD 32–34 per hour

What you will do

• Provide direct nursing care to residents with an emphasis on holistic wellness.
• Monitor residents’ health, safety, and well-being.
• Conduct thorough resident assessments.
• Assist with training and monitoring medication administration.
• Supervise CNA and HHA care staff in line with state regulations and community policies.
• Maintain clinical quality assurance according to federal, state, and local standards.

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing and a current LPN license.
• Experience with residents with Alzheimer’s disease or related dementias.
• Knowledge of nursing practices and applicable federal and state regulations.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and learn new computer applications.
• Ability to perform physical duties including standing, walking, bending, and lifting or carrying up to 50 pounds.

Nice to have

• At least two years of experience in long-term care, assisted living, home health, or a hospital setting.
