Associate, Client Onboarding & Configuration

Location: Salt Lake City, Utah, United States; onsite office role

What you will do

• Manage client onboarding, account opening workflows, new trading accounts, account maintenance, and trading feature configuration.
• Provide operational risk oversight, identify business risks, implement mitigating controls, and support accurate reporting.
• Partner with Compliance to implement policies and controls addressing regulatory, market, earnings, and financial crime risks.
• Review entity legal structures, prepare due diligence documentation, and ensure compliance with Know Your Customer requirements.
• Build relationships with institutional clients, coordinate front-to-back trading relationship setup, and escalate relationship issues with proposed resolutions.
• Work with engineering and global cross-functional teams on system enhancements and time-sensitive initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Analytics, Information Systems Management, or a related field.
• At least two years of experience in the offered role or a related position.
• Experience building relationships with external and internal clients and understanding trading strategies and client needs.
• Experience analyzing datasets of more than 10,000 lines and synthesizing findings into key themes or action items.
• Experience configuring operational metrics using Alteryx, Tableau, SQL, data warehousing, defensive design methods, or RPA robotics.
• Experience managing multiple time-sensitive projects with global teams while maintaining timely, high-quality delivery.
