Process Engineer (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Lead process improvement projects from concept through implementation, managing timelines, budgets, resources, and risks.
• Optimize PTFE compounding, extrusion, and related manufacturing processes to improve productivity, quality, and cost performance.
• Analyze manufacturing data and KPIs to improve process stability, equipment effectiveness, and waste performance.
• Troubleshoot production challenges, perform root cause analysis, and implement sustainable corrective actions.
• Partner with Operations, Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, and HSE on cross-functional initiatives.
• Evaluate automation, new technologies, and process innovations to improve manufacturing performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, Materials, or related Engineering.
• 5–8 years of manufacturing or process engineering experience in a production environment.
• Experience leading process improvement, capital, automation, or operational excellence projects.
• Hands-on experience optimizing production processes, equipment, and workflows.
• Experience with KPIs, SPC, DOE, process capability studies, statistical analysis, and analytical problem-solving.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen, PFMEA, or similar methodologies, plus strong communication and collaboration skills.
