What you will do

• Develop and execute sales plans for corporate partnership renewals and upsells.
• Assess client needs and create marketing objectives, sales presentations, and sponsorable assets.
• Lead the operations and client services team, ensuring partnership fulfillment and execution.
• Manage media and production components for the university Sports Radio Network.
• Plan and deliver university sports property and hirify.global Properties events.
• Maintain proof-of-performance records, recaps, playbooks, and day-to-day office operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least five years of experience in a sports multimedia environment.
• Professional sales presentation skills and the ability to communicate ideas clearly.
• Strong communication skills for working with clients, operational leaders, and senior executives.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint.
• Ability to work on site in Wichita and attend game-day Saturdays, evening athletic events, and coaches’ shows.
