National Manager of Member Marketing & Communications (Hospitality)

Location: Remote in Florida, United States; ability to travel up to 50%.

What you will do

• Lead multi-channel member communication strategies across Esplanade communities.
• Develop and execute national marketing campaigns and program launches.
• Establish communication standards, tools, brand guidelines, and best practices.
• Manage marketing and communication initiatives involving digital platforms, publications, websites, and other channels.
• Partner with Resort Operations and community leadership to increase member participation, engagement, and revenue.
• Monitor feedback and communication performance to drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 5–10 years of relevant experience, including leadership responsibility.
• Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
• Business acumen and the ability to analyze data to drive results.
• Ability to travel up to 50%.
