Technical Program Manager (Robotics)

What you will do

• Serve as the primary customer-facing contact for program execution, schedules, and status.
• Maintain program plans, milestones, dependencies, and delivery commitments using Jira and other program management tools.
• Track contractual requirements, customer deliverables, and acceptance criteria across multiple projects.
• Coordinate schedules and dependencies across program managers, lead engineers, engineering, operations, and external partners.
• Run customer status calls, internal program reviews, and leadership updates.
• Identify, track, escalate, and communicate program-level risks, changes, and issues affecting customer commitments.

Requirements

• Deep understanding of technical product design lifecycles and problem-solving processes.
• Ability to apply technical knowledge to decision-making, trade-off discussions, and program strategy.
• Experience working cross-functionally with product, engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain personnel.
• Experience creating and implementing tools for communication, scheduling, risk management, resource planning, and production planning.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in engineering or a scientific discipline.
