Finance Automation & RPA Lead Expert (m/f/d)

Location: Dubnica nad Váhom, Slovakia; home office according to internal policies

Salary: Basic gross guaranteed salary of €2,500 per month; final salary determined individually

What you will do

• Identify and document automation, RPA, workflow, and AI-assisted improvement opportunities in Finance Shared Service Center processes.
• Gather, structure, and validate business requirements covering accounting logic, controls, and data quality.
• Support existing automation solutions and coordinate incidents, changes, testing, and business-side root cause analysis.
• Coordinate with Finance Operations, Finance Process Owners, IT, and the global Automation/RPA Team.
• Report automation pipeline status, risks, and benefits to local management and the global Automation/RPA Team.

Requirements

• Experience in Finance Shared Service Center processes or comparable Finance Operations environments.
• Good accounting knowledge and strong understanding of finance processes, postings, reconciliations, controls, and reporting requirements.
• Understanding of automation technologies, workflow solutions, RPA, and AI use cases in Finance.
• Structured and proactive working style with strong communication skills.
• Fluent English.
