Summer 2027 Corporate Intern: Accounting and Finance Development Program (AFDP) (Finance and Accounting)

Location: Onsite in Bentonville, Arkansas, United States. All internship placements are based in Bentonville. Housing and relocation benefits are provided.

Salary: $21.00–$40.00 per hour.

What you will do

• Complete a fast-paced 10-week internship with a Commercial Finance, Controllership, or Audit team.
• Work on strategically relevant projects supporting areas such as strategy, operations, merchandising, supply chain, marketing, real estate, treasury, and FP&A.
• Take ownership of a project and create value for customers and the business.
• Present work to executive leadership and participate in case study workshops and competitions.
• Gain practical finance and accounting experience through technical training, mentoring, and exposure to senior leaders.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a BS or BA in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Business, Strategy, or another business-related field.
• Graduating in December 2027 or May 2028.
• GPA of 3.0 or higher is preferred.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States now and in the future without sponsorship from Walmart.
