What you will do

• Market, estimate, administer, plan, schedule, and report on medium-sized electrical construction projects.
• Build existing customer relationships and develop new business opportunities.
• Direct service technicians, general foremen, foremen, and project crews in accordance with contracts, union agreements, and company policies.
• Manage purchasing, engineering, subcontracting, installation, billing, reporting, and project documentation.
• Coordinate bidding activities and collaborate with Assistant Project Managers, estimators, and other team members.
• Control project economics while maintaining customer satisfaction, quality workmanship, and industry standards.

Requirements

• At least five years of experience as a project manager in the electrical industry.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Understanding of design-build requirements and electrical contract documents.
• Knowledge of electrical materials, methods, tools, business management, resource allocation, and production coordination.
• Ability to set goals, prioritize work, organize activities, and coordinate manpower and resources.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to train and delegate.
