Vice President (Private Credit)

What you will do

• Lead the evaluation, structuring, and execution of portfolio finance and credit secondary transactions.
• Manage due diligence processes, including coordination with third-party resources and interaction with sponsors.
• Determine appropriate valuations, legal and tax structures, and capital structures.
• Prepare investment memoranda and recommendations for the investment committee.
• Negotiate legal and financing documentation.
• Prepare periodic investor updates and support Portfolio Finance fundraising activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; a Master’s degree is a plus.
• 4–8 years of professional experience in portfolio finance, private credit, and/or credit secondaries.
• Strong familiarity with private equity and/or credit investments.
• Experience structuring and executing private credit investments, preferably in portfolio finance and/or credit secondaries.
• Advanced financial modeling skills, including the ability to analyze investment opportunities without templates.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with confidence interacting directly with external counterparties.
